Reservations are by credit card or M/O only, and recommended. The time you reserve will be charged to your credit card at the time of the reservation. Once the charge is accepted by your credit card company, you have a reservation. An e-mail confirmation will be sent.
Your room is guaranteed, held for you and CHARGED TO YOU,UNLESS YOU CANCEL. If you do not make a reservation, your name will be noted, and a room held for you in front of all who just send names but do not make a reservation. The first person who is willing to commit a payment takes precedence over all those who don't.
A RESERVATION IS REQUIRED TO MAKE SURE A ROOM IS HELD FOR YOU!!
TO MAKE A RESERVATION;
Send full name, as it appears on Credit Card, type (VISA or ?),who issued it, (Bank America or ??) number and expiry date by phone, fax or e mail to us, well in advance, tell us the date, number of nights, type of room, and how many people.
All payments are in advance of use. All fees are payable by Major Credit Cards, M/O, Western Union, cash or travellers cheques. If E-mail address is available, confirmation will be sent.
TO CANCEL:
Cancellations will be accepted up till 48 hours before time reservation begins or at time of personal inspection but not after 18:00 hrz the day reservation begins. Under these conditions, if wished, a full refund (in same manner of initial payment ) will be made. A refund number will be given, keep it till you see the credit on your credit card statement.
