We are located in South West
Toronto, near the lake, in a quiet, heavily treed residential area of
mixed English, Polish, Chinese and Newfoundlanders. What a mix! Close
to three public transit (TTC) routes, two within one block. Close to
two major east west highways, and a main north south road. The Lake
(Ontario) and a public swimming pool for summer(free), are a five
minute walk away. We are South of the Royal York Subway Station, near
Royal York Road and Lakeshore Blvd. West.

Toronto Transit Commision, called TTC, presently, charge $2.50 per trip, driver does not carry or make change.
Centre of Toronto: take Bloor Subway line west to Royal York Station. From Royal York Subway Station: take the Royal York Bus #76 south (Lakeshore) then get off the bus at Lakeshore Blvd west and Mimico Ave. -see below -
RAIL STATION and south centre of Toronto: Go north, Bay Bus or subway to Queen St., take Queen Streetcar (tram) #501 west to Lakeshore Blvd. West and Mimico Ave then, - see below - Cost, TTC ticket & 40 minutes.
BUS TERMINAL Bay Street: take Bay bus south to Queen St.and take Queen tram (streetcar) #501 west. Go west to Mimico Ave. and Lakeshore Blvd W. now- see below - Cost TTC ticket & 50 minutes
