Learning Path Integrated Technique Learning Path Technique,
Oatmeal Cookie Technique © 2005 Olga Nickle (This technique is short, easy, and works. ) Intend an oatmeal cookie in front of you. It is freshly baked, warm and smells good. The cookie is comfortable and cosy. Intend the person, pain, thoughts, situation singular or in groups as well as what is known and unknown going into the cookie. Intend whatever you put in there to be comfortable and cozy. Say: "crumble, crumble, crumble." (Be gentle. You are just loosening the lumps so that they can be rearranged in the perfect blueprint, God’s healing.) Then, with the back of your hand, push the cookie away from you and say: “ I give you to God to be healed.” It is amazing. People seem to change, so I am told. Peace, freedom from pain, and sorting out occurs not only for the self but for the others involved. I think this is another way to get the Perfect Blueprint to work. The cookie's lumps rearrange themselves into the perfect blueprint pattern. Enjoy:) Yoga Breathing Exercises Please ask your doctor if he approves of you doing the following exercises. For Swellings Especially 1. Hover the tips of all of your fingers about three inches over the place where the white light is leaving your body just above your stomach over your sternum bone. (From the Yoga point of view, this is an exit point for energy in your body. Visualize white light going through your nose down to the point where it leaves the body, and visualize it going into your fingers. Breathe in for a count of eight. As you are doing so. Then hold for the next count of eight as you intend the light to conintue going into your fingers., 2. Breathe out
for a count of eight and hold for a count of eight. Then return to the first position. Repeat about three or four times. DO
NOT DO IT FOR OTHERS, ONLY FOR YOURSELF.
(If you need to take a breath in between, you may stop to do so. Do not allow yourself to hyperventilate.) Deep Breathing Yoga Breath Helps with emphysema so a friend told me when she tried it. Use your arms like a bird flapping wings, but slowly: 1. Raise your
arm comfortably to over top of head, breathing in through the nose
as you do it. Then lower your arms breathing out as you do it through
your nose. 2. Again, raise
your arms like a bird over the top of your head and as you do so,
breath in through your nose. 3. Breathe in
through your nose, as you raise your arms to over your head. Purse
your lips, breathe out through those pursed lips as you bring your
arms down.. Relax and Flatten the Diaphragm Breathe out as far as you can till you cough Do the process several times. You will find that reflux pain will diminish. You also will find that you will have deeper breathing. Pray: Dear God, would you ask Your angels to close and mend all dimensional holes. (Usually feel the energy return almost instantly)
Dear God, give me back the energy that was taken for me, no more,
no less, please and thank you.

IDEAS Learn to say to yourself about another... “This is your problem.” When confronted with a negative idea, say "'Shut up, I know you are there. Just shut up." This is very rude but the part of the brain acknowledges that it no longer needs to pester you with the idea. You have acknowledged it. Every critical, negative, judgemental thought... say “ I give ........... to God to be healed.” The only being, from whom you need recognition, is God. If people are bad to you, give them to God to be healed and then GO YOUR OWN WAY. When you feel the first hint of anger, count to ten and then rationalize. ( This is a progressive process. At first you may blow up at three, then five. When you hit seven, you usually can last to ten.) When confronted with a negative idea, say "'Shut up, I know you are there. Just shut up." This is very rude but the part of the brain acknowledges that it no longer needs to pester you with the idea. You have acknowledged it. NO SUCH THING AS JUSTIFIABLE ANGER . Anger is an emotion that covers another emotion. It is best to respond with the real emotion. (We argue ourselves into positions that are artificial and often dangerous to ourselves and others. Truth allows for understanding, positive change and growth.) BEWARE OF ‘I WANT’ OR ‘I DESIRE’. Avoid expectations and disappointment. Use the word ‘prefer’,.if possible. First Degree Reiki re Heart Intend the person's heart (or your own) between your hands in front of you, palm facing palm. Find the edge of the energy and Reiki with first degree Reiki. It just takes a few minutes till your palms come together. We have been having wonderful results with this in terms of emotions, health etc. LOVE
